To reduce the number of process steps until the finished part, we offer powerful software which can be deployed as an effective solution for a bending machine and in combination with most CAD systems. Plan reliably: In addition to the precise determination of cutting lengths and documentation of pipe data, our t project software offers first and foremost individual production reliability. This is because pipe geometries can be tested for feasibility before the bend process – thereby eliminating collisions with machine, tools and other elements. The clever solution: On right/left bending machines, the software automatically determines which bend is to be bent on which head. Length additions from forming processes are factored in automatically. If flanges are to be welded onto the pipe on both sides before the bending process, the software calculates the appropriate position. It can of course also be used for the free-forming process and for multi-level machines.
