The SmartBob AO features a unified 4-20 mA analog output to a PLC for observing the bin level measurement data. With just a push of a button at user interface, its circuitry is utilized to configure the settings for each SmartBob AO. It measures bins automatically in timed intervals, and it has two relays that are configurable with four different choices. It can execute measurements through interval timer or external start input. The enclosure is made of molded poly-carbonate, and the enclosure type is NEMA 4X, 5, 9 & 12. The required power to use the product is 115/230 VAC 50/60 Hz. The ambient temperature is -40°C to +85°C, and the maximum process temperature is 500°F or 260°C. The product is vended-managed inventory and can operate in dirty and very demanding operations. It can be applied in plastics, chemicals, coal, concrete, food ingredients, pharmaceuticals, feed/grain, aggregates and many other materials.
