WR100-EM Semi Automatic Robot Pallet Wrapper Machine runs on 100 Amps and two batteries of 24 volts. The battery charger is separate. Equipped with a charge level indicator. There are motorized rear wheels for easy movability. Allows for fork-lifting from the rear. The sensing wheel is 390mm in diameter. The safety of the front portion can be mechanically activated. There is robot speed adjustment and soft start. There is a film carriage belt to prevent carriage fall. Integrated with Photo Eye to enable pallet height sensing. Boasts of EM Mechanical clutch film tensioning system. Both the ascent and descent movements are independent, there are ascent only models as well. The carriage speeds can be adjusted. The maximum pallet height allows is 2.100mm. WR100-M robot wrapper has an M carriage, the WR100-FM has FM carriage and WR100-PS has pre-Stretch carriage at 150-200-250%.
