The drum itself is made entirely of stainless Steel and it’s well suited for sauerkraut, coleslaw, méat, sandwich fillings, potato salad, fruit and vegetable blends, dips, dairy products, and powder mixing. The motor speed can be adjusted as required and it’s possible to replace the mixing blades with different shapes depending on your use case.
