The Rigol MSO7014 is a 4-channel oscilloscope and the 100MHz version in the MSO7000 series from Rigol. The MSO7000 series comes with the same specifications as the DS7000 series, except that the MSO7000 oscilloscopes are so-called ‘Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes’, which means that they support analog channels as well as digital channels. With the RPL2316 logic analyser, it is possible to expand these oscilloscopes with 16 digital channels with a sample rate up to 1.25 GSa/s. The RPL2316 is standard delivered with the MSO7000 models. The series offers a lot of value for money. The scopes have a large color screen, a deep memory and a high capture rate. They also have a 6-digit frequency counter and can perform an improved FFT compared to the Rigol DS4000 series. These scopes are also able to display 4 functions on the screen at the same time and it has many functions. In addition, this series can be connected to peripherals via various connectors. The oscilloscopes can be connected to a computer with USB and LAN to operate the scope or to read data with the supplied software. Furthermore, the scope can be extensively programmed and LabView is supported. In addition, the scope can be connected to a monitor via VGA.

The scopes offer extensive measurement and analysis possibilities. A large number of frames with data can be stored for extensive analysis. In addition, the scopes have a very low noise, making measurements on very small signals possible. With various trigger options, many signals can be easily visualized. With the built-in intensity grading, various problems can be displayed in signals.
