The Clean Air Express EMC heated filter probe has an integrated filter chamber that accepts a glass fibre filter cartridge or a stainless steel sintered filter. Two stages of filtration can be achieved using a 20 micron (or 10 micron) SS sintered layer at the probe tip and a 0.02 micron fine filter in the chamber.
