Description
The Circoson WT works on the basis of the EMAT (Electro Magnetic Acoustic Transducer) method. This method electromagnetically creates and recieves ultrasound waves. The Circoson Family is made up of two products.
The first product is the Circoson WT. This product is a high precision measuring tool that measures the wall thickness of ferromagnetic steel tubes. It is optionally fitted with lamination testing and defects can be reliably detected within the tube wall.
The second product is the Circoson WT Sensor Systems. This product enables you to seamlessly measure the wall thickness of your material at a maximum throughput speed of 3.2 m/s. It has a fast setting of dimensions and the high test speed during full surface scanning can give you measurements right away.
