The MTM 110 series is a metal bellows type mechanical seal developed by Microtem. It is widely used in applications with fluids containing solid medium particles or with high viscosity fluids. This single mechanical seal is supplied with metal bellow with compliance to DIN 24960 directive requirements. It is equipped with 20 to 100 mm diameter and can withstand a working temperature of -20 °C to +250 °C. Its standard contact surface is built from graphite impregnated with antimony, graphite impregnated with resin, silicon carbide SiC, and tungsten carbide materials. The elastomer is also developed from NBR, EPDM, Viton, Kalrez, Chemraz, and Silicon materials. In addition, this balanced mechanical seal is composed of stationary ring, stationary ring elastomer, rotary ring, blocking axis screws, and rotary ring elastomer.
