General information
Hoses is appropriate for both suction and delivery.
Fittings must be ordered separately.
Available roll lengths include 20, 30 and 40m. The total length will be adjusted, and the number of connectors adapted, to the number of supplied sections.
Quality varies, check before purchasing. Inquire about UV protection.
EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) is stronger than PVC, and is recommended for rough and long-term daily use.
PVC is cheaper and is also available in different qualities. The above-mentioned price is for the standard quality.
Stronger hoses are also available for intensive use or for use with specific liquids.
Specifications
Suction hose (high-quality, fireman quality, PVC flexible spiralled):
- Heavy-duty PVC suction hose, reinforced with a hardened PVC spiral helix
- Smooth inner surface
- Both ends fitted with Storz couplings
- Temperature range: -25°C up to 60°C
- Operational pressure: min 3 bar, 6 bar for 20°C is better
- Resistance to vacuum at 20°C: 90%
Other materials for stronger hoses:
- Tubes in EPDM, NR-SBR, NBR (natural and synthetic rubbers).
- Spiral in stainless steel.
