AVS. 5 – AUTOMATIC BALANCING MACHINE WITH CORRECTION BY DRILLING – BY MANIPULATORS AND TRAYS Fully automatic vertical balancing machine VSTest designed for balancing PKW pressure discs with automatic loading and unloading of parts from and into trays, dividing them into IO and NIO pieces. The balancing machine has a fully automated cycle, i.e. it inserts a piece from the tray into the machine, detects unbalance, corrects it by drilling at a precisely defined place, performs a control measurement, and automatically stores the IO pieces in the stack. The operators only fills and empties the containers with parts in batches.
