The MATT99 is a vertical automatic storage system for the internal handling of bars, profiles and bundles without containers. The system is designed for intensive vertical storage, up to 27,000 tons in 10,000 m². MATT99 is composed by: heavy carpentry structure, stacker cranes with the function to displace the bars/bundles between the storing structure and the shuttles, shuttles for transferring material from outside to inside the warehouse and vice versa, connecting the warehouse with the IN bays and OUT bays, work stations (bays) for loading and unloading the material. The Matt99 can be inserted in an existing building or prepared outside with a suitably designed coverage. The whole process: design, production and installation is completely in-house designed it is completely custom-made, according to specific customer’s needs. WMS (warehouse management system), automation and after-sales service complete all the offer that Matter can guarantee.
