The VT512 tapping machine is designed to deliver efficient tapping of holes with exceptional precision and reduced working time. The pneumatically powered machine is equipped with a flexible arm, balanced at three points, and manufactured from specialized aluminum. This feature facilitates excellent ease and convenience in operating, leading to drastic reduction in working times as compared to conventional threading equipment. The head is multi-directional which allows threading holes in diverse positions. The positioning of the spindle is accomplished magnetically, thereby providing superior accuracy and quick turnaround in the aligning of holes. The machine is outfitted with an adjustable, ball-bearings mounted gas spring which provides superlative stability and flexibility in movements. The clutch is adjustable to enable the tapping of through holes and blind holes. The pneumatically powered motor allows acceleration without the use of any extra fittings or modules. The tapping machine is provided with a filter unit, integrated pressure control unit and auto-lubricator. It provides efficient services within a radius of 1900mm, with a 360-degree working angle. The machine weighs 19 kg.
