The Segregator uses a pair of vibratory motors to move product along a large rectangular mesh screen in a linear direction. The larger surface area is especially useful for de-dusting, de-watering, and screening delicate product. The Segregator is suitable for separating both wet and dry product. The large screen area allows the product prolonged sieving time, and the sealed linear vibration system gently but positively presents the product to the mesh to ensure the material is efficiently screened. Segregators are ideally suited to screening light, fragile products with low bulk densities. They are the used for dealing with products with a very high percentage of oversize, such as removing small broken pieces from larger particles, due to the outlet being the full width of the sieve.
