The Mitutoyo PJ-Plus profile projector series provides highly accurate, stable dimension and angle measurements in harsh processing lines and other manufacturing environments. The PJ-Plus implements LED illumination, a brand-new feature and design on profile projectors, replacing traditional halogen lighting. The new LED illumination source offers better durability and longer service life, prevents rate of decline in illumination by about 50%, and eliminates the need for a cooling fan in the main unit, drastically decreasing the entry of oil, mist, dust, etc. into the measuring instrument.

Built-in digital XY counter on the front of the machine and displays XY axes and angle readings
PJ-Plus is available in packages with the Metlogix M2 software, touch screen tablet with or without edge detection
