The TT1815 (formerly known as Swipper1815) is the result of many years of experience and systematic product development. It closes all types of casing of diameter 35-140 mm. Cadences of up to 120 portions/minute. The wide caliber range of the TT1815 makes it the ultimate universal machine. The electronic clip closure force monitoring system NewCon® prevents damage to the machine in the event of incorrect operation. The clip closure height is reproducible and can be changed ergonomically from the outside. The whole machine is completely stainless. All drive levers are made of stainless cast steel. The TT1815 can be connected to all conventional filling machines. It is also suitable for many other applications besides sausage production. The TT1815 is the ideal closure system for packaging semi-finished confectionery, cheese, soups or non-food products.
