Binmaster’s economical Mini-Rotary can be used to control material levels in smaller bins and hoppers that contain plastics, food, seed, chemicals and other powder and bulk solid materials. compactly rugged with a few moving parts,it is installable on side or top of bin with ease. Appropriate for both heavy and light materials (adjustable motor torque sensitivity),it has options of wide range of paddles like a four-vane polycarbonate paddle for light to medium density materials while bayonet style polycarbonate paddle that is easily inserted can be used with higher density materials (material density from 2 -30 lb./cu.ft).. It can be operated with a rotating paddle powered by a slow moving motor which on contact stops and a light or horn indicator notifies that bin is full and needs to be emptied. After emptying the bin the paddle starts alerting the operator that refill is necessary.
