The metal plate vacuum suction cup lifting equipment produced by Shanghai HeroLift is light in weigh and can be operated by one person without damaging the workpiece. The whole operation process consists of two parts, cantilever crane and vacuum suction cup. The vacuum suction cup passes through the air duct. Connect the vacuum equipment (vacuum pump, etc. ) , then touch the workpiece to be lifted ( steel plate, etc. ) , start the vacuum device for suction, so that negative air pressure is generated in the suction cup, so as to firmly adsorb the workpiece to be lifted, and then start to transport the lifted workpiece. When the workpiece to be lifited is transported to the destination, the vacuum chuck changes from negative air pressure to zero or slightly air postive air pressure through the manual slide valve, and the vacuum chuck is separated from the workpiece to be lifted,thereby completing the task of lifting and transporting the workpiece.
