WIMAG Pipe Puller RZE: the perfect pipe puller for reinforced concrete pipes The RZE pipe puller was specially developed for laying reinforced concrete pipes and has proven itself on numerous construction sites worldwide. The electrohydraulics are supplied with power from a battery. There are therefore no disturbing supply lines. The maximum pressure of the hydraulics can be infinitely adjusted. Pressure and battery are monitored by control instruments. Adjustment to a new pipe dimension is done via a spindle and, if necessary, by replacing the support. The excavator lifts the RZE into the pipe with a chain hanger. The pipe puller can be easily moved in the pipe on the four wheels and hydraulically braced at any position at the push of a button. In doing so, the wheels swivel upwards. The three large clamping surfaces prevent damage to the pipe. The pipe is pulled by retracting the hydraulic cylinder via the crossbar and the polyester strap. After the pulling cylinder has been extended, the RZE is released at the push of a button and pulled on by one tube length. * The control cable can be replaced by a radio remote control on request. Further accessories are available. * For pulling reinforced concrete pipes with an inner diameter of (800) 1,000 — 2,500 mm (with adapter 500 also up to NW 3,000 mm).
