The 5070 is a calibrator ohmmeter, manufactured by Time Electronics. This product is used in calibrating high current ductor testers and micro-ohm meters. To enable the precision calibration, this incorporates five sets of high current standard resistors are used. This contains complete four terminal capabilities having a wide terminals for the connecting current. In able to decrease the contact resistance and thermal emfs, gold plated terminals are used. It consists a substantial maximum continuous current rating, which can be worked with much greater transient/ pulse test currents. The 5070 is applicable in site calibration work, housed in a safety yellow field case with carry handle. This measures W540 x H210 x D410mm dimensions and weighs 11kg. It ranges from 0.5 to 200Ω, including 3A to 200A current and 0.1% to 0.8% accuracy.
