Due to a very high flexibility methods can be developed according to specific demands. You have the option to create a method based on volume, column volume or time. There is also a possibility to pause the method during the run due to the hold function providing you with complete control over your chromatography process. Solvent visualization calculates the consumption of solvent for the current run and prevents your column from running dry whereas waste management prevents the loss of your sample. For fractionation you can use a fractionation valve as well as a fraction collector. Current guidelines and regulations like 21 CFR part 11 are entirely supported.
