AE-DRY Series Vertical laboratory autoclaves with final drying phase from 33 to 175L. The final drying feature and automatic water level control reduce operator time spent autoclaving, streamlining sterilization procedures. Applications: General, industrial, hospital and research laboratories, with the aim of increasing laboratory productivity. Indications: Sterilization of unwrapped and wrapped solid materials, small porous elements and hollow elements such as shallow cavities, glass, plastics, liquids, metallic elements and laboratory waste bags. Features: Cycles with initial prevacuum and final vacuum drying using a vacuum pump and a heating jacket. Water tank for an automatic feed of the sterilization chamber. Optional automatic water tank filling. Sterilization chamber made of AISI-316L stainless steel. External housing made of AISI-304 stainless steel. Alphanumeric LCD screen that shows sterilization parameters, alerts and errors. Total control by microprocessor: ten programs, programmable by time, temperature, drying time and cycle type (solids or liquids). Bacteriological filter. Agar mode (40-80ºC). Programmable start-up.
