The F-MLD-500 Multimode Fiber Spool contains 500 meters of F-MLD multi-mode fiber. The F-MLD Graded-index multi-mode fiber optic cable is optimized for transmission at 850 and 1300 nm. It has a 100 &mu,m core and 140 &mu,m cladding diameter, a 0.290 NA, and features large bandwidth and low attenuation. This fiber has a 250 &mu,m acrylate buffer coating allowing for continuous operation in the -65C to +135C temperature range. It is included with the FKP-STD Educational Kit.
