Specially designed for the containment of large quantities of dust or chips, they are usually interposed between the extraction point and the vacuum cleaner and are available in the 2200 ( 582 Gal ) and 1100 Lt. ( 290 Gal ) versions with pneumatic pedal opening or automatic remote control – The 600 Lt. ( 158 Gal ) has a manual opening. Traditional vacuum cleaners on the market have a maximum capacity of 160-180 liters ( 42 – 47 Gal ) and for customers who use automatic work centers by carrying out continuous processing (24 hours a day) this capacity is absolutely limited, forcing them to stop the production process and empty the collection containers too frequently . In order to avoid this problem and to automate as much as possible the production process has been created for the two largest containers versions, a remote control that facilitates their opening and closing automatically allowing the replacement of the full container with a second in a very short time. Although it can be transported manually on the wheels provided, the handling of the full container is sometimes not easy due to the excessive weight but thanks to the shape of its frame specifically designed for this purpose it can be easily transported by forklift. If you want to empty the contents into an even larger container sometimes positioned outside the factory, the operation is possible with only the operator driving the forklift truck which, thanks to the aid of a special release mechanism, allows its controlled overturning and the consequent emptying in total autonomy.
