Standard Features 1) Hard chrome plated nozzle and nozzle flange to ensure the quality of UPVC production and extend the life of the mechanical parts. 2) Hard chrome plated screw which is high corrosion resistant and the thread design is special for UPVC powder material, ensuring the plasticizing is complete and even. 3) Barrel: forced cooling by individual special air cooling fans to avoid thermal degradation of UPVC powder in barrel. 4) PID control, avoid over heat and reduce heating time.
