The VEN BRUSH system technology has a modular design that guarantees high flexibility. Its system is built on high pressure at low speed. For processing the profiled workpieces, it combines the special hold-down brushes with wide support brushes, or small support. This guarantees the required pressure. The VEN BRUSH system has motor-driven height adjustment of each individual unit and by the unlimited rotational speed setting. These features assure maximum perfection and flexibility for the pretreatment of workpieces of varying shapes or strongly fluctuating sizes. It also has the high-performance vacuum transport belt guarantees reliable transport operations and holds in place both small and large format workpieces. For ensuring the constant cleaning of the conveyor belt, a molleton roller is constructed and built-in. All system solution can be formed by customers’ requirements. Unit variety effects in a wide performance range and produces a high economic effect. The basis version of VEN BRUSH system allows a choice between 2 and 5 different unit positions.
