Different container and product sizes can be weighed on the same device without issue. Wash-Down Protection The weighing pan protects against the ingress of dust and liquids with the help of inflatable bellows. With an IP rating of IP66, the weigh module can be cleaned with powerful water jets. This mechanism enables Clean-In-Place, which saves time for cleaning. The WMS weigh module is protected against overload forces in vertical and lateral directions. This protects the weigh module against damage in case of an accident or faulty operation through handling devices. Long product life can be guaranteed and unexpected downtimes minimized. Digital Inputs/Outputs With 3 programmable digital outputs, the WMS weigh module can control checkweighing and filling/dosing applications in a quick and responsive way. Additionally, three digital inputs help to receive software commands via fast digital pulses.
