Description
The Hawkeye Pro SuperSlim Rigid Borescope Kits are ideal for inspections involving microscopic holes in spray tips and nozzles, small bores for burrs, surface finish irregularities, and more. A multi-coated objective lens gives the operator higher contrast and vivid color during inspections. An improved LightConcentrator™ now offers more even, bright light to increase testing capability. The Pro SuperSlim Rigid Borescope Kit includes a SuperNova Light to provide greater detail when viewing the test piece. The independent focusing ring allows the user to close in on areas to take video or still images.
Hawkeye Rigid Borescope Kits feature an additional Mirror tube with a DOV of 90°. Outside Diameter for the mirror tubes are 2.77mm (0.109′) for 4′ and 8′ borescopes, and 3.25mm (0.128′) for the 10′, 14′, and 17′ borescopes. Mirror Tubes slide over the SuperSlim Borescope to rotate the view over a full 360° and become a two-in-one device.
The Pro SuperSlim Rigid Borescope has OD options of 2.49mm (0.098′) and 2.80mm (0.110′) to fulfill application requirements. Hawkeye Pro Rigid Borescopes can be made to operate up to 300°C on a custom Basis. Choices in borescope length include 4′ (102mm), 8′ (185mm), 10′ (265mm), 14′ (350mm), and 17′ (435mm).
