The detector stands out due to its high detectivity of up to 4.0*10^8 cm√Hz/W and a high sensitivity of up to 200000 V/W. The pyroelectric sensor features 2 chips with a thin film CPM membrane in the core. (CPM: Ceramic Pyroelectrical Material).
