The vibrating screen sizing machine performs the sizing of onions, potatoes, turnips, garlic. The product coming from the processing line or from an elevator is loaded in the front part of the vibrating platform and advances on the various sieves. The product, depending on its diameter, passes through the holes sliding into the underlying hoppers and onto any belts (not included in the machine) that convey the product to the outlet. The grading machine is also equipped with an extractor with rubber bands to facilitate product calibration and to prevent it from getting stuck in the holes of the sieves. The sieves are interchangeable according to the needs and are mounted on the machine from the smallest to the largest considering the direction of advancement of the product. NOTE: To use the onion grader, it is essential that they are previously stalked.
