Venjakob’s Ven Dry Oir dryer lessens the drying times while improving the surface quality of painted workpieces. It has a flat flow flash-off tunnel in a modular design, along with a belt conveyor. The dryer’s standard equipment is composed of three IR radiator modules which are equipped with two radiators and can be accessed through lateral inspection flaps. Its defined climate in the drying channel ensures quality results in any weather. Short drying times lead to less fiber swelling. The shrinkage cracks and blisters are reduced through the careful energy intake. The machine can quickly be converted for other types of workpieces, materials, or paints. The dryer can be used in various fields, such as in the furniture industry, water-based paints/lacquers and stains, dispersions, and the like.
