This series has, as main characteristic, the use of sliding spheres. Spheres, bushes and spined shaft are in conctact with each other, allowing particularly high performances. These shafts allow the possibility to work at high speeds and under very rapid stresses of sliding and rotation. These shafts have been designed to operate in extremetly difficult and particularly dusty conditions, at high temperature as well. In fact, the interaction between the grooved and the spheres guarantees the sliding of the latter in dusty applications, and the duration of the trasmissions over time. The peculiarities of this series are durability and reduced wear. All components, including the grooves, are produced and processed internally in our company. The quality of the fast series with needle bearings, combined with special treatments, makes this series one of the ‘flagships’ of opur production. Note that our company is the only producer of the VSF series worldwide, under the brand ROTAR®. Furthermore, in order to increase the the life of the shaft, a thermoplastic cover in available.
