AdBlue® Tank tanks for storing and dispensing AdBlue®, with and without collection basin, with dispensing unit. The ADBLUE TANKline of dispensing containers was created to comply with the requirements of the new EURO 4, EURO 5, and EURO 6 directives in anti-pollution meters, which require the use of special additives in diesel fuel, for the rejection of exhaust gas emissions into the atmosphere (nitrogen oxide NOx). All vehicle manufacturers have equipped their diesel-fueled vehicles with an emissions abatement system, called SCR, which is essentially a catalyst, into which a special urea-based mixture is injected and water (Adblue), contained in a special tank already mounted on the vehicle. Our containers represent an easy solution for the storage and dispensing of AdBlue in compliance with ISO 22241 and DIN 70070 standards. These are polyethylene tanks available in two versions, one with a special safety tank in painted S235JR carbon steel (to contain any accidental product spills) and another without a collection tank. The AdBlue Tanks are equipped with a dispensing station enclosed in a painted metal cabinet, with a key lock, which includes: – diaphragm pump with 220V power supply and nominal flow rate 32 l / min, – digital liter-counter mod. K24, – delivery hose mt. 4, – Inox automatic nozzle mod. SB325, SB325, – internal suction pipe with non-return valve and filter, They are available in the following capacities, lt. 3.000 – lt. 5,000 – lt. 8,000 *, all versions can be equipped with an optional protective roof, made with galvanized tubular profiles and galvanized corrugated sheet metal cover.
