FLEXISEAL SKIRT SEALING SYSTEMS FLEXISEAL SKIRT SEALING SYSTEM provides outstanding control of dust & fines, in the loading zones of the chutes. It helps keep valuable material on the conveyor belt by controlling spillage and avoiding huge labor cost for cleaning. FLEXISEAL segmented skirt sealing system incorporates segmented and stepped approach to sealing that is simple in operation. The FLEXISEAL rubber and angle of the seal to the belt provide a positive seal between chute and conveyor belt. The FLEXISEAL blocks are stepped on both sides and this distinctive feature provides a self sealing action between adjacent blocks. A nut is welded on the back plate which is welded to the parent chute plate. Then the rubber blocks and clamping plates are bolted to the base plate for the better durability.
