AUTOMATIC VOLUMETRIC FILLING AND SCREW TIGHTENING MACHINE, IDEAL FOR HAND SANITIZER GEL PRODUCTION FC19 machine is built for packaging liquid or gel consistency products. The product is filled into bottles through volumetric pistons, and then sealed with screw caps. It has the following construction: — A main aluminium structure — A transport belt allowing the movement of the bottles inside pucks The insertion of bottles and caps is manual. Motion is operated pneumatically and managed by an electronic system, the control system is contained in a pulpit connected to the main structure of the machine. The electric motor supply and control panel are also fitted on the same structure.
