APPLICATIONS The automatic single-clip machine SCA is particulary suited for portioning links of chubs (predominantly narrow beef/pork rounds and collagen casings) up to 46+ mm in diameter. Typical products are German Rindswurst, Speckwürste (Czech Republic and Slowakia), Austrian Knackers and Swiss Cervelats. The clipping impulse is generated by the filling machine. An electric/pneumatic control provides automatic operation. Due to the S-clips on spools continuous reloading is superfluous.
