For applications where our standard vapour blasting machines are not suitable, we can supply you with a specially built machine. We have an in-house design service that works together with you to produce the ideal machine for your application. The automated Aquablast range of machines can be programmed using a laptop computer, making the machine user-friendly and more dynamic. Automated machines are controlled by a human machine interface unit (HMI), which enables the operator to control the machine functions and parameters via a touch-sensitive panel. Other machine options include a radial arm which is designed to automatically blast clean, due to automated rotation of the turntable and blast guns. The component is rotated on the turntable while the blast guns move from side to side with a sweeping blast effect. A vertical arm machine is another option that is designed to automatically blast clean with the automated rotation of the turntable and vertical movement of the blast guns. The component is rotated on the turntable while the blast guns move in an up and down motion. This machine is ideal for cylindrical shapes as one gun is able to blast the internal wall, the other is able to blast the external wall.
