The Super Agilis™ CONEX-SAG-LS32P is a piezo motor linear stage integrated with a closed-loop piezo motor controller/driver that provides 32 mm travel and up to 10 mm/sec speed. The compact linear stage has a built-in direct read linear encoder enabling high position repeatability, for sample positioning, as an optics inserter, for focusing, etc. The innovation in this encoder technology allows the footprint to be maintained while delivering sub-micron bi-directional repeatability.
