Single ingredient weigh-batching The brand S-BATCH represents the line of Brabender single ingredient weigh-batching systems. Here, loss-in-weight feeders with batch control are preferably applied. Generally, all of our loss-in-weight feeders can be used. It is the intelligent batch control software that turns the continuous feeder into high-tech batch scales. Expecially for large batch sizes our weigh-belt feeders can be used. Here again, switching the controller software over to batch control makes every continuous weigh-belt feeder a perfect weigh-batching feeder. Multiple ingredient weigh-batching The brand M-BATCH represents the line of Brabender multiple ingredient weigh-batching systems. Here, the gain-in-weight principle is mostly applied. This means that the individual bulk ingredient batches are fed into a weighed hopper by mainly volumetric feeders. The hopper may be a stationary or a traveling hopper scale that automatically moves from feeder to feeder in accordance with the set recipe.
