The SigOFIT MOIP05P is a optic fiber laser probe from Micsig that can measure small and large voltages, with a bandwidth of 500 MHz and a common mode up to 60kVpk. With this probe it becomes very easy to measure a gatesignal at a high-side FET or IGBT at 600V or even at 1200V, which previously was almost impossible. This probe is indispensible for the development of circuits with SiC & GaN technology, as it suppresses the oscillation caused by high-frequency common-mode noise without the use of redundant components. Furthermore the MOIP05P has a very low input impedance of <, 3pF, a very high common mode rejection ratio up to 100dB and a very accurate DC gain of 1%.
There are multiple attenuator tips available to test differential mode signals from ±,1.25V-±,2500V.

To ensure optimal performance, all attenuator tips are pre-configured and calibrated specifically for your fiber probe. If you order a Micsig SigOFIT fiber probe together with an attenuator tip, the attenuator tip will be delivered already pre-configured and calibrated for the ordered fiber probe.
Note: if you wish to order an attenuator tip at a later time, this is still possible by sending us your Micsig SigOFIT fiber probe. However, this will lead to extra costs. More information about this matter can be found on the page below.
