The CVR-600 is a compact vibrating rod that is perfect for small bins, feeders and hoppers. The unit comes with an overall insertion length of 6′. It is perfect for applications that do not have lots of space. The CVR-600 is mountable on the side or top of a bin for high-, medium- and low-level indications. It is simple to install, fits through the standard 1′ NPT mounting socket and can be used in temperatures up to 300ºF. It features three adjustments to sensitivity, high is for light and fluffy materials, medium and low are for heavier materials or those that cling onto the vibrating rod. There is no need for calibration and it comes with a self-cleaning sensor switch, with a high and low failsafe. The auto sensing power supply is able to accommodate 20 to 250V AC/DC. Remote electronics take place via a point level alarm panel.
