BinMaster presents SHT or Super High Temperature vibrating rod series. It has been developed especially for elevated process temperatures up to 482°F (250°C). Electronics are insulated from extra heat by its standard insulation tube. Standard insertion length is 7.24 inches for top as well as side mounting. For top mounting applications requiring higher length, this length is extendible from 13 inches up to 13 feet. This expansion is achieved using a sturdy pipe extension. SHT has three sensitivity settings. It eliminates the need of calibration. It is suitable for detection of very light and soft materials. The series has BinMaster’s innovative ‘rod’ probe design, made of stainless steel. This avoids material getting bridged or accumulated on the sensor. SHT has an auto sensing power supply with a high and low level fail-safe level, which can selected by a switch. The supply has compatibility with 20 to 250 volts AC/DC. With the help of BinMaster’s point level alarm panel, remote electronics provide readings in the range of 4 to 24 sensors from a single machine.
