Semi-automatic vertical balancing machine VSTest designed for balancing of PKW pressure discs. The balancing machine has a fully automated cycle, i.e. it detects an imbalance, corrects it by drilling at a precisely defined place, and performs a control measurement. The machine operator only inserts and removes the parts. • Vertical balancing machine with 1-plane measurement with manual loading and unloading • Correction of unbalance by a drilling unit with a suction device with efficiency of more than 95% • Automatic centering and clamping of the pressure plate, including fixing during drilling • Clamping of parts – pneumatic with automatic centering and easy collet replacement • Machine calibration in accordance with ISO 21940-21 • SIEMENS Simatic S7 1500 control system incl.
