This simple rocker mixer is preferred by haematologist and cytologist because it copes well with high viscosity and tubes are easy to add or remove while the instrument continues the rocking action. This economical bench top unit is ideal for 2D mixing of a wide range of sample tube sizes from 1.5 to 50mL.

The TubeRocker Mini is designed to provide the ideal speed and tilt angle (24rpm / 30 deg. ) for agitation of sample tubes. The grooved design of the included rubber mat properly secures all tube sizes ranging from 1.5 to 50mL, without the use of added straps or bands. Small in size (only 127 x 330mm) and able to withstand temperatures from 4 deg. C to 65 deg. C, the TubeRocker Mini is small enough to fit on any lab bench and can conveniently be placed inside a cold room, refrigerator or laboratory incubator.
Some of our haematology QC has increased cellular viscosity and we have seen improved QC results with slightly more robust mixing of air bubble movement. This mixer is easier to access items being mixed (like roller mixer) as compared to rotary inverting mixers on a wheel where you have to either stop the wheel or synchronise identifying and grabbing the item while the wheel is rotating.
