This tube roller is designed for the gentle, thorough mixing of a variety of containers, including Vacutainers, bottles, test tubes, centrifuge tubes and roller bottles. The tube roller provides a gentle but highly efficient rocking and rolling motions, ideal for blood samples, viscous substances and liquid-solid suspensions, mixing up to 4kg total weight.
As the roller mechanism rotates through each complete revolution, the right side of each roller is gently elevated about 24mm and returns back to the original horizontal position. This gentle up/down motion provides a «wave effect» and guarantees a homogeneous mixing. Infinitely adjustable speed control for the broadest range of mixing requirements from 0 to 70 rpm provides a gentle revolution and optimal mixing.
Maintenance free DC motor with low noise level enables a smooth start and quick stop. Can be used in cold rooms, incubators and anaerobic and aerobic chambers due to the small footprint and extremely compact design. Used in a variety of applications, prevention of blood coagulation and immune precipitation etc.
