Product Description User-friendly UI with a solvent-resistant color touch-screen display Graphical process representation on color touch-screen Innovative reagent compatibility monitor Instrument performance control (QC) Remote fill and drain system 4 pressure vacuum options (P/V, P, V, ambient) 4 user-defined cleaning programs Active paraffin cleaning program 2-level password security The Leica ASP300 is an automated processor for the paraffin infiltration of tissue in routine clinical and research histopathology applications. Equipped with a smart user interface and operating software, the ASP 300 simplifies tissue processing and enhances workflow, sample quality and laboratory performance. With the Leica ASP300 tissue processor, documentation and printing for evaluation at a later time is made possible. The system also gives the user freedom to set all critical program parameters. The system is so smart that it even applies the best alternative route to success should anything unexpected occur. The ASP300 software is easy to learn with an intelligent but simple operator interface. The software can be set in many different languages with intuitive graphics, guiding the user safely and smoothly through the program. The enhanced Reagent Management System is also helpful in satisfying laboratory QC requirements. Finally, the Smart-start function automates the scheduling information such as end-time and program parameters, helping avoid user errors and improves the reliability of operation. The Leica ASP300s software control, functional design and reduced operator intervention guarantees consistently high sample quality. Four types of gentle agitation, precise temperature control, optical and maintenance-free level sensors are just a few examples available to ensure optimal sample quality.
