The Atten ST-1090 solder thermometer is capable of measuring the temperature of a soldering tip up to ±,5 . The ST-1090 features a 3-point thermocouple sensor which is able to measure regardless of the angle of the soldering iron.
This thermometer also features a MAX HOLD function to display the highest recorded temperature and is able to send measurements to a PC via a USB connection. Furthermore, the Atten ST-1090 will give automatic warnings when the sensor needs to be replaced (after about 50 times) and when the battery is running low. At last, a K-type thermocouple is supplied with the thermometer to do some external measurements.
