Also called TCRBV22S1 Vβ22 is a subfamily of the T cell receptor. The Vβ22 is expressed by 2.4% to 5.1% of peripheral CD3+ cells in normal blood. This sequence is also referred to as TRBV2 (based on the IMGT gene nomenclature).
