Blastomat series for automatic blasting from FerroECOBlast. These machines are designed and built for automatic blasting of different workpieces of different sizes. Loading and unloading of workpieces is usually done manually, but we can adapt according to your needs. Blasting nozzles are mounted on manipulator to cover all the area of the workpiece. Number of nozzles are adjustable according to your needs. Blow-off nozzle is also installed inside the blasting cabinet to clean the workpieces of dust and different debris. For parts with extremely complex geometry and small repairs manual blasting gun is added. Chaging between manual and automatic mode is easy, by a press of a button. Parameters, such as manipulator speed, oscillation and speed of the turntable, are controlled through FerroSmartPanel PLC unit. We can also provide filter/recycling unit, which will keep the dust away from the chamber and it will also recycle abrasive material, so only good abrasive material will be used in blasting operation.
