Process characteristics: WALFORM pipe end forming technology, as a new type of pipe connection, is known as the most advanced anti-leakage solution, replacing the card-type connection. The WALFORM technology consists of only three parts: 24° taper joint body, a nut and a sealing ring. The steel pipe is cold-extruded and reshaped by a proprietary steel pipe forming equipment to make the steel pipe deformation uniform and easy to control the quality without pitting and cracking.
