Binmaster’s Airbrator is a combination of aeration and vibration, providing an efficient solution for difficult material flow applications. It is suitable for use in different types of bin or silo, due to its economical, and self-cleaning feature. The device is constructed in a durable design in order to produce vibration as air flows between the pad boot and bin wall. It can be used with abrasive materials, and acts as a flow aid for dry materials like fly ash, cement, flour, lime, sand, salt, and other granular or powder elements. The Airbrator is equipped with a stainless steel shaft designed for food-grade applications. During operation, the pads makes a specified air pressure unnecessary. It utilizes high or low pressure blower air from 5 psig to 60 psig.
